Shipments are usually sent out via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground and generally takes 3-4 business days for orders to the lower 48 States. Additional shipping charges will apply to Hawaii, Alaska and out of country orders to Canada, Mexico and International orders. So please contact us for these shipping costs before ordering.

If you should need to return your purchase please understand that all Items must have a valid RA# (return authorization #) before being returned. Please contact IceboxIntakes.com in writing via email or general US postal service to obtain return authorization # (RA#) prior to returning any product. Shipping is not included in any refunds. We do not charge a restocking charge in most cases. Customer is responsible for returning the product in “like new” condition.
